We make things that smell good

Philadelphia Scent Studio

Interested in custom scented products?

The scents that go into Old City Canning Co., and every product we make, come from Philadelphia Scent Studio.

Our founder, Stanford, developed a unique method to design scents without spending thousands of dollars. This proprietary method is how we design all the scents that go into our products, and when you become a Philly Scent Studio customer, you can take advantage of it too!

Philly Scent Studio is a great place for companies and brands looking to design their own custom scented products. They do candles, sprays, incense, wearables, and scented lifestyle products.

The entire process takes about 3-6 months from initial design to production. Brands interested in Scent Studio products for the holidays should contact us before July 31. We do not produce Scent Studio Products between November 20th and January 1st.

Commonly Asked Questions about our custom services..

100% YES!! The beauty of our Scent Studio is we have the tools and capabilities to customize products to any sized business. Whether you're a small boutique looking for a white labeled product, or a national brand looking for private label, we can do it all and anything in between.

The price varies, but in most instances customers believe the cost is reasonable (if not relatively low). It really depends on what type of product you want. Candles range from $5 to $18 per unit, and other scented products, like incense, are often cheaper than that.

  • Candles
  • Room Sprays
  • Reed Diffusers
  • Incense
  • Scented Car Blocks
  • Personal Products (soaps, shampoos, lotions)
  • And anything else you can think of!

We developed a method to scent just about anything. Just ask!

The joy of customized, white label, or private label products, is that you are limited by your imagination! For example, in candles you can choose to customize as much or as little of the following:

  • Vessel
  • Label
  • Wax Type
  • Scent (obviously)
  • Branding
  • Packaging
