Blind Tiger Coffee - La Montana

Notes of Papaya, Green Tea, Sweet Lime

This coffee comes to us via the hard work and dedication of the Villatora family. Senor Villatora worked for years as a day laborer to earn enough money to purchase land and start La Montana, which has been in operation for over 20 years now. The farm sits at an elevation of 1750 meters above sea level and grows caturra, bourbon, and a few other varieties of coffee. Villatora processes his coffee the same day that it is picked. Ferments it, and washes it twice to ensure cleanliness. The end result is incredibly sweet and nuanced coffee!
